The ADHD coaching process consists of
12 to 15 sessions over 3 to 4 months.

Session length
Each session lasts 50 minutes.

Cost per session
350 PLN per session.

You will receive all necessary materials for personal work between sessions.

Online Sessions
We can also work online, and You will receive all necessary materials in a digital form.

Practical Tip
If possible, it is best to have the first 3-6 sessions in person - it will help us get to know each other better. After that, we can continue our work online.
