A Few Words
About Me…

Let me introduce myself, my name is Wojtek.

And yes, I have ADHD!

Like many with ADHD, my path to where I am today was anything but straightforward

By education, I am a lawyer and manager (LLM and MBA). However, I have dedicated my heart and professional growth to the study of human development. This is where I have gained my most valuable specializations:

Gestalt Psychotherapy Training (in progress)

ICC Coach certification course (ICC)

Psychometrics (PTP)

Provocative Coaching (PICP)

ADHD Coach (CMA)

Certified ADHD Professional (ADHD-CCSP)

Advanced ADHD Certification (PESI)

Experience

Initially, as an HR Manager, I had the opportunity to take part in numerous complex organizational processes. I learned firsthand about change management and its impact, the real consequences it has on the people experiencing it…

For over 15 years, I have been ‘my own boss’, seamlessly transitioning between the roles of Manager, Coach, Mentor, and Trainer. Working in an international environment, I gained experience, developed my skills, and created innovative solutions, all to actively support, teach, and help others grow.

As an expert in coaching, I earned the trust of universities such as Higher School of Banking and the Wroclaw University of Economics, where I spent years teaching students, designing development programs and supporting academic staff.

Today, I am one of the longest-practicing coaches in Poland. I apply all my knowledge and experience in my professional practice – coaching adults with ADHD.
But not only them! My clients are often people who simply need support and direction in their world.

But above all,
in my daily life, I am…

…simply a husband, a dad, a friend, and an unconventional bald guy!

Deep down, I have always felt like an artist, with an unstoppable need for expression and freedom… And that’s my own unique, talented ADHD!

I’ve experimented with many forms of creative expression, but none stayed with me for long except one: modeling! Since childhood, I’ve been building models of vehicles and buildings from plastic, cardboard, and wood. And while model making can be a challenging hobby (especially for someone with ADHD!), over time, I realized that it brings great satisfaction allowing me to improve, at my own pace and on my own terms.

Now, that I truly understand this, my passion (telling stories through miniature scenes) brings joy not only to me but to others as well! If you’d like to see for yourself, check out the gallery below or visit my YouTube channel:
